This policy explains what personal information oktogonAI collects through this website and the Workflow Review form, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is SCEALY GROUP LTD., Hova House, 1 Hova Villas, Brighton & Hove, England, BN3 3DH. You can reach us at hello@oktogon.ai.

It does not cover the operation of our solutions inside a customer's systems. That processing is governed by the agreement with the customer concerned.

• When you request a Workflow Review: your work email, your company, the ERP or core system you use, the workflow you want to discuss and, if you choose to give it, your name. We do not ask for a phone number.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• When you visit: the servers that host this site process technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver pages and keep the service secure. This happens at our hosting provider, Vercel Inc.

We do not use cookies or browser storage, and the site loads nothing from third-party domains. If analytics is enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without storing personal data.

• To reply to your request and schedule the workflow session.
• To send you a confirmation of your request.
• To prepare the session, using the workflow and systems you described.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

• Taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): handling your review request.
• Our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Email delivery: Resend, which delivers your request to our inbox and sends you the confirmation.
• Hosting: Vercel Inc.
• Analytics, if enabled: Plausible Insights OÜ, which processes visit data without cookies and does not store personal data.

Each acts on our instructions as a processor. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data from the EEA or the UK is transferred there, it is protected by appropriate safeguards: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified under them, and otherwise the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum for data from the UK.

We keep review requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. If we go on to work together, the customer agreement governs what happens next.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one in the country where you live or work, or where you believe the problem occurred.

Depending on the US state you live in, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information described here. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
